How I am able to help you
In our culture of working long hours, using technology, spending a lot of time in a seated position, our bodies are complaining. Back pain is particularly prevalent, as well as joint issues, poor posture.
How can I help? There has been a lot in the press recently about the power of exercise. How it can be used, in some cases, instead of pain medication. Building the strength of the muscles will help to support the joints. Ensuring that the muscles are balanced will help to restore range of movement. Helping to correct posture can make us look and feel so much better! Those magic endorphins, the feel good hormones are released when we exercise, which can help to improve our mood.
