About Me

My name is Vicki and I am a Fitness Instructor. I am a Level 4 Specialist REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) Instructor. You can find me on http://www.exerciseregister.org/members/members-directory-listing (under Victoria Cook)

I specialise in designing exercise programmes to help with back pain and to aid in other forms of injury rehabilitation. I have had a lot of success with helping people to reduce their need for medicinal pain relief, using movement and strengthening techniques.
