I specialise in designing exercise programmes to help with back pain and to aid in other forms of injury rehabilitation. I have had a lot of success with helping people to reduce their need for medicinal pain relief, using movement and strengthening techniques.
I have a real passion for bringing exercise into people’s lives and seeing the positive changes it can make for them. I ensure that all my classes are welcoming and friendly for new participants. I am very interested in how exercise and good nutrition can impact lives and am always looking to further my knowledge and expertise.
I teach a variety of people of all ages and abilities, from children to older adults.
I do a lot of research and studying to enable me to help my clients and to keep them healthy and strong. Since 2011 I have attained the following qualifications:
