Kids Fitness and PE Lessons
I am a Level 2 Children's Exercise Instructor and I currently teach PE lessons at a local Primary school to children aged 5-11 years. I also teach an after school dance club for Junior School aged children.
I am also qualified to teach children's Pilates. This is a great form of exercise for children, which helps them to learn about the importance of posture and strengthening their muscles.
I believe very strongly in encouraging and motivating our children to become more physically active. It is something that will greatly benefit them throughout their lives. I also teach them about how their body works, we feel our hearts beating quicker, we work out which muscles we are working and stretching and learn the reasons behind the exercises. This is so important to show them how important it is that they make exercise a part of their everyday lives, for the rest of their lives.
