Evening Pilates and Weekend Pilates Classes
Evening Pilates and Weekend Pilates classes in Tovil on a Saturday morning and Wednesday evening. These sessions are suitable for all abilities. We look at helping maintain better posture, both seated and standing. We address muscle imbalances, strengthen weaker muscles and increase flexibility and range of movement. Balance training is also essential to avoid injuries.
I am now running online Pilates classes. You can join me and other class members, keeping up your exercise levels. I can talk you through how to get set up for it. All you need is a laptop, smart phone, or iPad type device, classes are being run via Zoom for Cloud Meetings.
I am also able to do 1:1 sessions online, check with Vicki for availability.
Online Class Times:
Online Pilates – Mondays 10.30 – 11.30am
Online Pilates – Wednesdays 7 – 8pm
Online Pilates – Thursdays 10 – 11am
Online Pilates – Saturdays 9 – 10am

We will use mats and balls in the classes, they will be provided. However if you would like your own for class use and home practise they can be purchased from Glowing Fitness. Contact Vicki on 07759 833097 for more information.
I had back pain with a numb right foot since starting an office job a few years back. I took the bold step to try Pilates, which as a bloke was not a form of exercise that I had been exposed to and I initially felt that this was a “woman-centric” exercise form. However it has been about 3 years and I haven’t looked back. From barely being able to bend forward with straight legs and touch my ankles, I can now easily plant both palms on the floor. Not only that, I feel that my frame is physically stronger and I am innately aware of poor posture. From chronic pain to pain free and the added awareness of the various muscle groups activating had left me injury proof to train and complete a marathon. Thank you Vicki!!
