1 to 1 Pilates sessions are very useful to help with injuries and individual conditions.
I run a back pain clinic from Kent Physiofit, Loose and Coxheath Chiropractors.
I design individual exercise plans to aid joint injuries, back pain issues, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and more.
My sessions will include balance training, which is needed by everyone and is particularly important in helping fall prevention for the elderly.The exercises are tailored to your individual needs so they are suitable for all ages and abilities.
My clients often find that by doing my exercises regularly they can stop taking their pain medication.
I can offer chair-based and standing exercises where mobility is an issue.
